• People are key factors in the success of digital transformation. Need to understand how machines complement people's work. Associations' strategies for application technologies. new competencies Digitalization across a range industry and service sectors is transforming workplace human resources. The adoption disruptive technologies associated with Fourth Industrial Revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, reshaping way people work, learn, lead, manage, recruit, interact each other. aim this study contribute theoretical development resource management (HRM) context promoting directions sector HRM professionals, organizations, workforce that required face challenges 4.0. To achieve objective, performs systematic literature review content analysis 93 papers from 75 journals. main results research show trends resulting 4.0 affect field 13 different themes, HRM, workforce, organizations. This paper seeks promote insights studies on interference digitalization HR evolution age, well companies want become more productive, human, digital.
